Most people call it suede. As upholstery leather it is called nubuck and it is a fine, rugged leather, slightly grinded on the grain side, so that it obtains a velvety character. Only selected European bull skins are used for montoro® nubuck and the grain structure remains natural and unchanged. With the coloring this nubuck obtains a hydrophobic finishing.
